Macro Friendly Grocery List
Aug 31, 2021Following a macro nutrition program is easier than you think. In fact, it’s actually easier to follow a macro nutrition program than it is to follow a restrictive diet!
What to know why?
Because with a macro nutrition program, all foods are on the table. You don’t have to buy special ‘diet’ foods that cost a fortune and are only available at specialty grocery stores or through some online diet program’s ordering system. And with macro nutrition, you can actually fit in real meals when you’re traveling, enjoying a party, or eating out at a restaurant.
Personally, I enjoy preparing my meals at home. Not only do I know exactly what I’m getting in terms of my Protein, Fat, and Carb, but I also save money. I definitely eat out too, but I save that for special occasions which makes it even more fun.
Here are my go-to macro-friendly foods, broken down by macro group, to make your next grocery trip quick, inexpensive, and easy!
