Once I hit 35, everything changed.

 

It was like all of a sudden, almost overnight, my workouts weren’t working out like they used to, and my nutrition wasn’t ‘nutritioning’ like it should.

I was doing everything I could to keep the results coming, but it was like pulling teeth…hard and painful.
