Getting the right macros for your body

If you didn’t know already, your body is constantly changing.
And the macros it needs to perform at its best need to change too.
Correct calories, macro adjustments, and proper customization are needed.
Some random numbers (40% P 30% C 30% F – sound familiar?) that flew out of some free online calculator aren’t going to cut it.
It’s the person that matters.
Have you been following some random numbers that you got from:
- Your friend (who gave you the numbers that she got from her coach)?
- A free online tool that asked your age, weight, height, and activity level?
- A one-time macro count coach who you paid to throw some numbers at you, then bounced?
- An ‘expert’ coach who charges top dollar and changes (likely drops!) your numbers every single week?
- A set of macros you learned to calculate for yourself but haven’t adjusted in 6 months?
If so, you’re doing it all wrong.
To get the macros you need to reach the goals you’ve set for yourself, you’ve got to start with proper baseline macros and a really great coach or an in-depth guide to help you make proper adjustments at the right intervals.
Dropping macros week after week trying to coax results isn’t going to cut it.
You need…
- Correct protein for metabolism, muscle maintenance, and satiation.
- Proper fat, so your energy doesn’t tank.
- Appropriate carbs for performance, energy, and improving your metabolic rate.
- When you’ve got the right macros based on your own personal biofeedback you’ll get the results you’ve been waiting for.
