IG & FB shut down last week and I had the biggest revenue week I have had in 3 months
Jul 15, 2019IG & FB shut down last week and I had the biggest revenue week I have had in 3 months.
I don’t rely solely on social media for my business and neither should you.
I have grown my business off of organic growth. Yes originally through social media, but I changed things up a lot since 2017 because I decided I wanted to retire before 50 (and we are on track).
Things I have implemented:
✅Started an email list to teach, share freebies and communicate with my tribe. I make 60% of my sales through my emails.
.
✅Created a website in 2015. It was simple....Cost me $190 a year, so basically $16 a month. My tribe can go there for my offers, products, new things, speaking requests, testimonials and my new blog. I upgraded to a new website in April (link in Bio) that has all the bells and whistles but I waited 4 years (crawl, then walk).
✅I connect through video...I spend more time pouring into videos that I do as mini trainings, free webinars, paid coaching that gets uploaded to youtube, FB, IGTV and my website portals.
✅I created a source of residual steady income- and not paid ads. So when IG was dow and influencers couldn’t post to get paid, my business was making money behind the scenes.
If you are like “dis is too much” start with an email list. Create a freebie to give to your audience that the sign up for with their name & email.
You have to start somewhere.
Plan for the later now…. Don’t regret it.
