Your goals have to be bigger than that girls’ trip or look good for your birthday party. The motivation has to come from a deeper place, and the discipline has to be learned to keep the consistency going.

Your Workouts

Now, you know I’m 80/20 when it comes to nutrition/workouts so you’ve got to make sure you’re getting that movement in! More steps, more lifting, more intentional movement. 

Your Lifestyle & Environment

Set yourself up for success. Create environments and make shifts that encourage healthy eating and intentional movement. Trade countertop donuts for a basket of fruit, or try cutting out overdrinking on the weekends.

Your Support Systems

Surrounding yourself with people who are understanding and encouraging is key. This could be onboarding family and friends or even joining group coaching programs with like-minded individuals to help you stay on track. 

Food is just too d*mn good

I know. It’s the worst! But meal planning and prepping, measuring, weighing, tracking, and reading food labels all go a long way toward creating lasting weight loss. Food can taste good AND be good for you too!
