**Be prepared for some tough love.**

Don’t wanna track? Don’t expect to hit your goals.

That’s it. That’s the tough love. That right there.

Here are the details…

Tracking macros takes work. Trust me, I know. 

But if you really want to reach your goals, and whatever you’ve been doing up ‘til now still hasn’t gotten you where you want to be, it could be that you’re not doing what you need to do to get there.

*READ THAT AGAIN*

Intuitive eating is great, but it comes only AFTER being highly meticulous and completely aware of what you’re eating and how much you should be eating.

This comes with lots of practice and being very disciplined with your tracking, meaning: measuring, weighing, tracking, reviewing, and analyzing.

For a while, at least.

It’s hard, but it’s not forever. It shouldn’t be because the mastery of macros leads to the ability to eat intuitively. 

That’s true freedom.

See, one of the best things about learning macros is that once you’ve mastered them, you can loosen up the reigns a little bit and enjoy yourself.

But for a while…at the beginning…you’ve just got to saddle up and do the d*mn work. 

After the work has been done, you can relax a bit and explore eating more intuitively.

Trust me, I don’t want you to track forever! I don’t, and neither do my clients, but we all had to do the work to earn the privilege.

Macros are a tool. They’re not magic. You’ve got to do the work to get the results. And if you need help, my team and I got you.
