Why You Need a Coach
Jul 27, 2021Many women resist hiring a fitness or nutrition coach. They feel like it is indulgent, selfish or they simply talk themselves out of it claiming they can’t afford it.
Does this sound like you?
I’ve been coaching women to incredible results for X years. Let me tell you why coaching is important and how not hiring one is holding you back from your ultimate success.
Here are three specific things that good coaches provide their clients:
- The blueprint to help you get to your results faster – Coaches typically have a tried and true system for helping you achieve your goals, with fewer false starts than on your own.
- Accountability to make sure you show up – It’s easy to slide off track if you do not have someone keeping you buckled in and a great coach is the seatbelt you need to stay the course.
- Heavy decision making, tools, and systems – With a coach’s support, you do not have to be overly stressed making decisions, we do that. All you do is show up and do the work.
Can you coach yourself to success? Sure!
But it’s so much more fun (and a whole lot easier) when you’ve got someone on your team who is crazy knowledgeable, prepared to guide you, and 100% on your side, rooting for you to ensure you make it through.
When you know someone is watching, you’re more likely to show up. Sometimes as much as 3x’s as likely! It’s just not the same as doing it on your own.
Even coaches hire coaches! When I was prepping for my fitness competitions, I hired a competition coach. When I decided to create an incredible business, I hired a coach. And I’ve had one with me the entire time.
Venus Williams doesn’t do it on her own either. You need a coach.
Having a coach doesn’t mean you’re weak. Instead, a good coach by your side practically guarantees your chances of success.
